Same punishment for “mass disorders” in Belarus and Russia?
Union parliamentarians will work out a single Criminal Code for Belarus and Russia.
The idea has been announced and approved at the today’s joint meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly for security, defense and crime prevention commissions of the two states’ Parliaments in Minsk, informs BelTA.
In Alexander Razuvan’s opinion (member of the Russian State Council), it is inadmissible that different punishment for one and the same infringement exists in Belarus and Russia or that the same actions are considered a crime in only one of the two states.
