Social networks moderators detained in Minsk
It is known that several people were detained.
According to the information provided by
the human
rights web-site "Vyasna", among the
detainees there are Pavel Yautsikhiyeu, Raman Pratasevich, Andrei Tkachou,
Syarhei Byaspaly and others. These people acted under pseudonyms and were
administrators of the communities "Lyapis Trubetskoy - free concert in
Minsk" and "We are fed up with this Lukashenka" in the social
networks.
In particular, in
order to detain Yautsikhiyeu,
anonymous representatives of the force structures (probably the KGB) took his
mother from her work and brought her home as they couldn't get into the
apartment any other way. According to the mother, they interrogated Pavel in
her presence. They were interested in his relations with somebody called Raman
(probably Pratasevich) and his connection with the vk.ru community "Lyapis Trubetskoy - free concert in
Minsk". They also asked passwords to the community. To all their
questions, Pavel answered "I know nothing and no one and I am not going to
witness against my friends".
