At first, there was just Vasil Parfyankou in the Kastrychnitskaya Square.
One of the entrepreneurs' leaders Alyaksandr Makaeu and the former policeman Mikalaj Kazlou, who disclaimed the facts of falsifications during parliamentary elections-2008. Several women were noticed there, but it is unclear whether they participated in the action.
Former political prisoner Vasil Parfyankou who attends all solidarity actions in Minsk is walking alone around the Kastrychnitskaya Square. No more participants of the action are seen.
Another action of solidarity with political prisoners is supposed to take place today in Minsk and other Belarusian cities. The civil campaign "European Belarus" urges the people who care to come out to the central squares each day in order to support the politicians, sentenced due to political reasons. Among them there are two ex-presidential candidates Mikalaj Statkevich and Andrej Sannikau, as well as the "Young Front" leader Zmitser Dashkevich.
In Minsk, pickets took place in the Kastrychnitskaya Square four times in a row. These pickets did not involve many people and ended in detention of the participants.
