Valencia better than Spain; BATE - better than Belarus
Euroradio has found out why fans are actively buying tickets to matches of the Champions League but ignore Belarus national team.
“You know, you cannot afford to pay $50 for a football ticket in Belarus," a young football fan told Euroradio. He bought a ticket for himself, two of his friends, his teacher and two of his friends.
Fan: “We were discussing eth match of BATE and Bayern in class and the teacher asked us to buy tickets for him because he did not have time to do it."
At the same time, only... 1690 tickets to the match Belarus-Spain have been sold. Fans said that they could buy them for about 200 thousands. And people in the queue kept buying tickets to BATE-Valencia match.
1960 viewers at the stadium that can be used by 30 thousand people is a catastrophe.
Fan: "It is better to go to BATE matches now. BATE plays well and you can hope for success. And the national team... It has just got those rivals and will play with them."
