After two independent newspapers, Intex-press and Gantsevitski Chas, were issued a warning each for the abbreviation 'RB Ministry of Information' instead of the full '... the Republic of Belarus,' Euroradio checked the state press for the same violations. We found abbreviations in the two magazines -- Vozhyk and Kacheli, as well as in newspapers Respublika and Nash Krai.
Euroradio report appeared yesterday, on March 2, and today, the latest issue of the Respublika has already corrected the violation. It is still unknown if the newspaper received a warning following the example of independent newspapers.
