Road accidents may be registered without driving inspectorate in Belarus
The new rules will come into power on July 1, 2010.
According to the decree, the arrived party may turn to the organization that concluded a contract with the person who caused the losses and to the organization that concluded a contract concerning road accidents with the aggrieved party too.
The insurance agent will have to pay the full sum for cars that cannot be repaired after a road accident.
Insurance companies do not have to pay for details that can still be used at the moment.
