Russian humanitarian aid trucks are half-empty (photo)
The Financial Times reporter Cortney Weaver has described the fact on Twitter.
Most of the trucks Weaver checked were half-empty. The people who accompanied the cargo said that it had been done to be able to transport the cargo in case one of the trucks broke down, UNIAN reports.
Journalists were allowed to look into any of the KamAZes. Predictably, there was only humanitarian aid inside.
