Russian PM Putin to visit Belarus in March

The meeting of the Council of Ministers of Belarus-Russia union state will take place in March in Brest, according to an agreement reached during a phone conversation between Belarusian prime minister Siarhei Sidorski and Russian premier Vladimir Putin, reports the official news agency BELTA.
