Separatists’ leader: ‘DPR’ will never join Ukraine
Separatists’ leader Alexander Zakharchenko said that self-declared ‘Donetsk People’s Republic’ was a separate state and would never join Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
“No matter what happens in Minsk, ‘DPR’ is a separate state and will never join Ukraine because we are separated by blood now,” Zakharchenko announced at a meeting with the inhabitants of Kastrychnitski village.
The economic subgroups on the peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine will gather in Minsk on June 23. The removal of the economic blockade of Donets Basin will be discussed there, ‘DPR’ representative Denis Pushilin said.
