Sport: Minsk-born Artsiom Milevski named Ukraine's footballer of the year
Belarus-born FC Dinamo Kiev forward Artsiom Milevski has been named Ukraine's 2008/2009 Footballer of the Year, according to a poll carried out by the Football magazine and Football.ua. Milevski is 400 points ahead of his main contender, Croatia international Dario Srna who plays for Shakhtar Donetsk, reports the Minsk Novosti news agency.
