Stalinism victims commemorated in Kurapaty
Stalinism victims were traditionally commemorated in Kurapaty tract not far from Minsk on May 29. About 35 youth activists, politicians and former GULAG prisoners hoisted white-red-white flags and laid flowers on memorial tablets, lit candles and sang a spiritual hymn “Strong Lord”. As BelaPAN informs, policemen watched the action but did not interfere.
