The idea was suggested at a meeting in the Ministry of Education. Minister Syarhei Maskevich said:
"It will be good practice for students because they are often complaining about the lack of such experience. Any of them will be able to switch to an individual educational course and combine their studies with work.”
Our country has enough teachers, Maskevich said. A system of material support for teachers has been created. It includes fare discounts, assistance in paying for rented flats and even a special phone tariff. Young specialists may be able to receive flats provided by the employer.
The benefits will be an addition to teachers’ salaries. By the way, the salaries have been increased this autumn. These things are supposed to increase the occupational prestige of this profession, ONT notes.
