Supreme Court liquidates “Belarusian Literary Fund”
The Supreme Court has liquidated the public organization “Belarusian Literary Fund”. The decision was taken by the judge Valery Samaliuk today. The administration of the fund is to liquidate the organization under supervision of the Ministry of Justice. The organization will have to pay 93 thousand BRB of the state due. Samaliuk claimed that it was a final non-appealable decision.
