Taxi vans come to a halt in Homel

90% of taxi vans stopped driving passengers since January 1. Local officials say it is caused by the need to re-register small-size entrepreneurs into legal entities, under the president's decree No 760, reports Belapan. The decree bans entrepreneurs from employing people other than close relatives. As a result, taxi owners had to suspend their vehicles.
