Two Belarusian parties receive Norwegian prize

BNF and the United Civil Party have received the Sjur Lindebrekke prize for activities in the field of democracy and human rights.

The ceremony took place in Oslo during the meeting of the Conservative Party of Norway. The deputy head of BNF Alyaksey Yanukevich received the prize on behalf of the two Belarusian parties.

According to him, the prize was founded this year in honour of the former leader of the Conservative Party and a well-known human rights defender Sjur Lindebrekke.
