UCP stages picket in front of KGB demanding release of political prisoners

The picket of the United Civil Party was held in Minsk in front of the KGB building, at the bust of Felix Dzerzhinsky. Chairman of the United Civil Party Anatoly Lyabedzka, who is a potential presidential candidate, called on the authorities to release political prisoners.
The event was attended by 11 people - politicians and human rights activists. They were holding portraits of political prisoners and vanished politicians.
Law enforcement officers watched the picket, there were also present representatives of the city police.
