Ukrainian authorities sign new agreement with militants
Head of Donetsk Oblast Administration Alexander Kihtenko has announced that a ceasefire agreement was signed on Friday evening.
General Dumanski has signed the agreement on behalf of Ukrainian troops and Zakharchenko – on behalf of the DPR. The Ukrainian authorities may also exchange territories with militants, Kihtenko told ZN.UA. “There are controversial spots along the forint line. Some territories are controlled by the DPR. The authorities may need to make a decision if the territories are offered in exchange (for Donetsk Airport),” the governor claimed.
