Ukrainian journalist arrested for agitation against mobilization (video)
Ivano-Frankivsk Court suspects Ruslan Katsaba of treason. The journalist has been arrested for 60 days.
Ruslan Katsaba has urged to boycott the mobilization many times in mass media. His wife has reported the arrest.
There are traces of treason in Katsaba’s actions, SBU chief’s adviser Markian Lubkivski said. The traces are mentioned in part 1 of article 111 (treason) and part 1 of article 114 (espionage) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Materials that could be the evidence of the crimes were confiscated from Katsaba during the detention, Gromadske quotes Lubkivski.
