Uladzimir Kobets leaves BPF
The head of the presidential candidate Andrej Sannikau's nomination group Uladzimir Kobets has declared that he leaves the BPF party.
The statement of another presidential candidate - Ryhor Kastusyou - has become the reason for this decision. Kastusyou has spoken incorrectly about his colleagues who supported Andrej Sannikau and the civil campaign "European Belarus" at the recent presidential election, Uladzimir Kobets thinks.
Ryhor Kastusyou has said at the session of the BPF council on February 12, that a certain group of the party members allegedly had an intention to focus the party on the electoral campaign of another candidate, not the BPF one, back in 2009.
Uladzimir Kobets has stated that he is still undecided whether he will participate in creating of a new national-democratic party under a working name "Belarusian Movement", BelaPAN reports.
