Underground drug lab busted in Barysau

Police have busted an underground drug laboratory in the town of Barysau. Two young men organized methadone production simply at a private apartment of one of the local residents. During a raid, police found equipment and chemicals, used for the methadone production. One gram of methadone costs $100-150 at the black market.

Earlier this year, two more illicit drug labs were destroyed by police in Minsk and Vicebsk. In all of the cases, criminals obtained a necessary technology from Internet. The drug would normally be sold through the web as well.
