Vitsebsk Region inhabitant who informed about new blast on the Internet is detained

A Vitsebsk Region inhabitant has been detained as a result of a joint operation organized by Belarusian and Russian police. He informed about another explosion being prepared in Minsk on a Russian website.
According to “Interfax”, the Belarusian “was trying to hide his identity’. However, the Vitsebsk Region inhabitant was found. A criminal case has been started.
