Vladimir Vysotski’s birthday is celebrated by amateurs of his work today. The famous artist, poet and singer would have turned 71 today. Flowers were laid to his monuments in Moscow and Samara. Concerts have been organized in many Russian cities. Everything has been done to commemorate the artist who died 19 years ago.
