Warning pronounced to Sannikau’s representative
A representative of Andrei Sannikau in Vitsebsk Victar Mizyak has been pronounced a warning. The candidates’ press secretary Alyaksandr Atroshchankau has informed about it, reports BelaPAN. According to him, Mizyak received a warning from Baranavichy City Election Committee because the appeals for a picket in Sannikau’s support in the central square near the “October” cinema-house had been drawn up in a wrong way, said Atroshchankau.
Mizyak sent the application as a notice. The commission noted that the place was not included on the list of spots where pickets were allowed. In this case the application could not be sent as a notice, it should have been a request and the decision about it had to be taken three days later.
According to Atroshchankau, Mizyak is not going to wait for permission and will conduct the picket in the planned place.
