Well-known Hrodna painter Zmitser Ivanouski dead
Journalist Andrzej Poczobut has informed about it on social networks.
"He was a well-known painter. A generous, frank and brave person. I saw him at meetings and in detention centres. He was always decent and natural. He was respected everywhere,” Poczobut wrote about Ivanouski.
Zmitser Ivanouski was also known as a civil activist – he took part in protest actions and was jailed. Hrodna inhabitants wrote about him: “He is a fighter, he is kindness, he is a victim and... a painter.”
