Yanka Kupala Theatre actor’s trial to continue on March 1
Yanka Kupala Theatre actor Artsyom Barodzich’s trial will continue at 10 a.m. on March 1. The decision was made after Barodzich’s lawyer had applied for another chance to study the material evidence.
Barodzich is standing trial in Minsk October District Court, Euroradio reported earlier. He is accused of drug trafficking and is facing from 5 to 8 years of imprisonment.
The actor confessed that he had been regularly smoking marihuana for the previous six year but pleaded not guilty to drug dealing charges.
