Hunt for youth activists in Minsk
The users of social networking sites report detentions of civil activists ahead of the world ice hockey championship in Minsk.
The police are trying to detain activist Zmitser Kavalhin, UCP leader Anatol Lyabedzka said.
Serzhuk Kazakou has been detained and is being delivered to Minsk Lenin District Department of the Interior, Yuliya Stsyapanava reported.
A few Young Front members have already been jailed in Minsk today, Euroradio reported earlier. National Bolshevists are also being hunted for. The preventive detentions are probably connected with the approaching Victory Day and the World Ice Hockey Championship.
