ZET and IQ-48 concert organizers detained by police
The organizers of the concert of two Belarusian bands ZET and IQ-48 were detained by police at the Katakomby club in Minsk. They are now being held in one of the district police stations. Police did not disrupt the show, although no formal permit was granted for the event.
