100 pedestrians fined daily for absence of flickers in Hrodna

The road police inspectorate in Hrodna penalizes an average of 100 people daily for the ansebce of flickers in dark hours, reports ERB correspondent Syarhey Apanovich.  Under the moving rules, all the participants of the road traffic must have flickers, but few obey this regulation.

Traffic police inspectors say that the majority of pedestrians have not got used to wearing flickers in dark hours. Besides, many do not realize the safety implications of flickers.
