The head of the Ministry of Internal Affaires Uladzіmіr Navumau noted that there is a project of a new law on registration of the country’s population. As it was said, foreign passports for Belarusians are to be cancelled starting form December 31, 2007.
The Ministry of Internal Affaires is creating a data base of people forbidden to leave Belarus.
Those are people having problems with law violation, keeping state secrets or those who have not met the state’s engagement.
