14-year-old Dutch girl starts world tour
A 14-year-old girl from the Netherlands Laura Decker has started a world tour in Portugal. She is going to break the record of a 16-year-old Australian Jessica Watson who made a similar voyage, reports the BBC.
Let us remind you that Laura was born on board a ship not far from New Zealand. Her parents are yaughtsmen. The girl put the yacht to sea on her own monitored by her father at the age of 6. She does not only want to get to Guinness World Records but to become a professional sportswoman.
