14:34 Children's rights centre to be created in Vitsebsk
A children's rights centre will soon be created at Vitsebsk National Cildren’s M. Gorky Library.
This possibility has appeared thanks to the international voluntary association “Sofia” that presented the library a computer, a home theater and other equipment.
The children’s right centre will become part of the project of creating a media library and informational recreation centre.
It is planned that young visitors will be able to broaden their knowledge in the field of children’s rights and get information about educational problems and vocational guidance.
The project is meant for children from problem families, children's homes, boarding schools and schools for handicapped children.
