14:53 Danish youth provoke abolishment of a culture center

Communal workers in the Danish capital of Copenghagen started dismantling a cultural center in the downtown, following massive clashes between the students and police since Thursday, after the Danish authorities forced the youth to abandon the cultural center, because the building was solf off at the auction.


Several hundreds of demonstrators put up barricades on the city's streets and threw stones and Molotov cocktails, seting several dozens of vehicles on fire.

Clashes were reported in other districts of the capital.


Police used tear gas and arrested over 600 protesters..

Dozens of informal youth activists from France, Germany, Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Italy, Ireland, the U.S. and even from New Zealand rendered support to the Danish protesters..

The Danish Prime Mininster criticized the youth over the violent clashes, while the building is being destroyed by heavy equipment.
