15:20 Russia to cancel vehicle registration fees for Belarus drivers

Russia is set to abolish by May 15, 2007 the fees levied for registration of the Belarusian vehicles at the Russian customs authorities when entering this neighboring country, Siargej Znanko, the chief of Russia and Union State department at the Foreign Ministry of Belarus today told reporters in Minsk. He noted that this measure was envisaged by the inter-governmental agreement on trade and economic cooperation between the two countries signed in Minsk on March 23, reports BELTA.
