A giant potato pancake was made in Salihorsk on May 1. Cooks from the restaurant Terem spent the whole night cooking the 3-metre dish, esoligorsk.by reports.
The potato pancake weighed 240 kilos. 300 kilos of potatoes, 37 kilos of flower, 90 eggs, 1 kilo of salt, 5 bottles of sunflower oil and 15 kilos of onions were used for it. Judging by the photo, it was not a huge single pancake but a collection of small pancakes.
Everyone could taste the dish for free in the park.
