30 candidates pull out from parliamentary election
30 candidates have already withdrawn from the parliamentary election. 495 candidates are running for MP at the moment. 521 candidates were registered at first. Four people managed to get registration later (three candidates did it in court and the fourth person was registered by a regional election commission), BELTA reports.
The candidates who have pulled out explained it by personal and work issues and health problems.
315 candidates are representatives of political parties. There were 155 women, 52 people younger than 30 years of age, 28 current MPs and 35 local council deputies among the candidates.
The parliamentary election will be held in Belarus on September 11.
