About 1000 people got Pole’s Card in Brest Province this year

About a thousand inhabitants of Brest Province have received a Pole’s Card this year. The Polish consul general in Brest Anna Novakowska has informed ERB about it: Novakowska: "About 3600 people have received the Card since the law was adopted and the number will reach one thousand this year”.

Let us remind you that the Pole’s Card was introduced by the Polish government for citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2007. She gives its owners the same rights that Polish citizens have in Poland.
