Belarusian tourist's body to be flown from Egypt to Minsk today
The body of Aliaksei Kaltunou who died at a sea resort in Egypt will be repatriated today, Belarus consular officials told Euroradio.
Belarusian Alyaksei Kaltunou was enjoying vacations with his wife in Egypt when he suddenly died. His relatives and friends insist he died of food poisoning in a hotel restaurant. But Egyptian doctors announced that alcohol was to blame for the death, and that it was not an insured event.
The Belarusian consulate in Egypt recommends eating well-cooked food and staying in resort areas only.
