Alyaksey Shydlouski in court again
A democratic activist Alyaksey Shydlouski was detained three hours after he had been allowed to leave Partyzanski District Court of Minsk.
According to the opposition member’s wife Maruna Lebedzeva, policemen came to the activist’s house and asked him to follow them to Partyzanski District Department of the Interior.
They gave no explanations. At the moment the opposition member is already in court. Let us remind you that Shydlouski and Baranouski were detained when they were pasting leaflets in the centre of Minsk on July 24.
The trial was to take place this morning. However, Shydlouski informed ERB that the trial had been put off till August 8 because the witnesses (KGB members who had detained them) were absent.
Young people were released and made to give a written undertaking not to leave the country. The witnesses must have been found now.
