Barysau inhabitant suspected in human trafficking
A 34-year-old inhabitant of Barysau has been detained upon the suspision in human trafficking, informs “Barysau Electronic”. She has been detained in the national airport just after she flew back from United Arab Emirates.The police have been looking for her since 2008, when the accused was suspected in recruiting girls for sexual exploitation. According to the information provided by Barysau social women organization "Province", local gisrls are often recruited to commit prostitution in the Eastern countries. There are 70 girls and women who suffered from sexual and labour slavery abroad, in Barysau district. The majority of victims returned from Russia. However, about 10 revealed victims of exploitation returned from Eastern countries.
