Belarus bills “Gazprom”

"Gazprom" owes money to Belarus for the transit of Russian gas to Western Europe. The sum of the debt totals about 200 million dollars, - has claimed the senior deputy of the Belarusian Minister of Economy Edward Taupinets. In the Russian government’s opinion, Belarus owes the same sum to “Gazprom” for supplies of “the blue fuel” in 2010. Let us remind you that “Gazprom” has promised to reduce gas supplies to Belarus by 85% starting from 10 a.m. on Monday, June 21, if the debt is not paid.
