Belarus' birth rate exceeds mortality for first time in many years

Birth date has exceeded mortality rate in Belarus for the first time in many years. According to the National Statistics Committee, 89434 people were born and 88916 died in the first nine months of 2016. Thus, natural population increase amounted to 518 people.

If compared to the same period last year, 455 children more were born and 1825 people less died this year.
