Belarus developing new energy security concept
Belarus is developing a new concept of energy security, Michail Miasnikovic, the chairman of the National Academy of Sciences, told the media. The draft has included "principally new provisions", he said. The commission developing the concept also studies the ways of diversification of energy supplies. In the perspective, at least 20 percent of supplies will be conducted through the ports of the Baltic and Black Seas and from other neighboring countries, not only from Russia.
