Belarus issue not yet on European Parliament's agenda
The Belarus issue has not yet been mentioned in the agenda of the European Parliament for the next week. On February 25, the European lawmakers will discuss the situation in Ukraine.
On February 15, European Parliament's president Jerzy Buzek said in a statement that a resolution on Belarus would be considered next week. For Freedom Movement leader Alexander Milinkevich and Anzhalika Borys, the leader of the unrecognized Union of Poles, are invited to attend. Mr Buzek also said that the situation in Belarus would be discussed during the next meeting of the foreign ministers of EU member states.
