Belarus, Lithuania PMs to meet in Hrodna on June 26
Belarus Prime Minister Siarhei Sidorski and his Lithuanian counterpart Andrus Kubilius will meet on June 26 in the Belarusian border city of Hrodna. The Belapan news agency reports that the premiers plan to approve a deal on the regime of the border and to sign an agreement on trans-border travels by the residents of the border area in the two countries.
Besides, the prime ministers are expected to discuss the issues associated with the international Belarus-Lithuania economic forum to take place on September 16-19 in Vilnius. It will be attended by the companies from the whole Baltic Sea region.
Lithuania's deputy foreign minister Evaldas Ignatavicius also said that the parties would discuss the use of the port in Klaipeda and the construction of nuclear power stations in Lithuania and Belarus.
