Belarus, Russia developing common database of blacklisted citizens
Russia has teamed up with Belarus to develop a common database of citizens who are banned from leaving their countries, writes Russian newspaper Novye Izvestia, citing sources in the Belarusian government. It means that Belarusians who were entered in Belarus's "black list" will not be able to travel abroad through Russia. According to the press office of the Belarus State Border Committee, "technical aspects of the issue are being implemented".
