Belarusian handball players win “silver” at students’ world championship
Belarusian guys have won silver medals at the student’s world handball championship. The competition took place in Italy. The Belarusians were defeated by the Russian team – 17:33. BelTA noted that there were members of Belarus National Team among students – Yury Hramyka, Vadzim Lisitsa and Alyaksandr Shylovich.
Our team defeated Cyprus – 32:27, Hungary – 37:34, Italy 36:24 and Turkey – 41:40 (penalty kicks) on their way to silver medals.
