Belarus Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich keeps surprising the public with his command of foreign languages.
This time, Mikhail Myasnikovich said one phrase in Vietnamese during the meeting with a governmental delegation from Vietnam. The guests praised his act almost with plaudits.
Last September when Mikhail Myasnikovich was unveiling the school # 42 in Kamennaya Horka neighborhood in Minsk, he addressed the puplis in English.
