Belarusian sportsmen win 50 medals for two days of Eurasian Games

Belarusian sportsmen won 50 medals during the first two days of Junior Eurasian Sports Games that started in Brest on September 19.
Belarus has 6 gold, 18 silver and 26 bronze medals. The “gold” belongs to Vіctoria Nіkіtsіna (shotput), Ksenіya Churylava (hammer-throwing) and Katsyaryna Hairulіna (hurdle-race, 300m) and Іlya Charheika (shooting).

Two gold medals in canoe-paddling were won by a canoeist Aleh Yurenya (500 and 1000m). According to the general number of gained medals, Belarus remains at the second place while the first place is occupied by Russia – 81 medals.
