Belarusian Supreme Court to consider Andrei Haidukou's cassational appeal

Euroradio reminds, resident of Navapolatsk Andrei Haidukou was convicted to 1,5 years of imprisonment on July 1. He was considered guilty of an attempt to establish contacts with the foreign investigation with no signs of treason. It was a closed trial so there's not much information about the case. The newspaper SB.Belarus Today published some materials of the "Haidukou case" last week, telling how the KGB intercepted his letter to the CIA.
