Belarusians with travel restrictions will no longer leave through Russia
The same way as Russians with travel restrictions will not leave via Belarus.
Russia and Belarus will introduce a single list of people with travel restrictions. It will appear at the Russia-Belarus border shortly. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the head of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs of Moscow, Alexander Stebakov.
He noted that the Russians with travel restrictions go to Belarus using Russian passports, buy a ticket there to go abroad and fly freely. The reason is that the Belarusian border guards do not have instructions to detain those Russians.
The same method is used by Belarusians traveling abroad, if they are restricted.
Stebakov says that the system will start to work soon. The exact date is not specified.
